![]() ![]() Co-production is needed more than ever in disability inclusion, a subject on which I have written previously. So we all bring lived experience of neurominority, disability and exclusion, with varying but nevertheless professional practices. My own work is in publishing research and guidance on Neurodiversity at Work and running my non-profit, Genius Within. Judy’s book, Neurodiversity, The Birth of an Idea, spawned a new narrative of inclusion and gave rise to the minority rights movement for autistic people initially, but now broadened to include ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and more. ![]() Siena works as an advocate, mentor and is a UN young leader for sustainable development goals, as well as writing the definitive guide for autistic teenage girls: The Spectrum Girl’s Guide to Survival. The speakers included Judy Singer, the Australian Sociologist, Siena Castellon and myself, three women from different generations bringing a blend of expertise. Judy Singer, the Grand Dame of Neurodiversity week at the Stanford Neurodiversity Summit, the talks involved a blended representation of lived experience and professional practice. ![]()
